1. Introduction

Welcome to QuranMind ("QuranMind", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QuranMind mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use QuranMind.
• By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
• We do not knowingly permit use by individuals under 13.

3. Account Registration

To use QuranMind, you must create an account using a valid email address.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are:

• Compromised
• Used in violation of these Terms
• Used in a way that harms the Service or other users

4. Beta Status & Service Availability

QuranMind is currently offered as a beta / pre-release product.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Features may be added, modified, removed, or discontinued at any time
• The Service may contain bugs or incomplete functionality
• Data, progress, or features may change or reset during beta
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation

You use the beta version at your own discretion.

5. Educational Purpose Disclaimer

QuranMind is provided for learning and practice purposes only.

• The Service does not replace a qualified Quran teacher.
• We make no guarantees regarding learning outcomes, memorisation accuracy, or recitation quality.
• Users are responsible for verifying their learning with trusted sources where appropriate.

6. Donations & Support

During beta, QuranMind may offer an optional way to support ongoing development. These contributions are voluntary and help us continue improving the Service. Supporting the project does not guarantee specific features or outcomes, and contributions are non-refundable.

7. Future Paid Features

We may introduce paid features, subscriptions, or premium plans in the future.

If so:

• Pricing and terms will be clearly communicated before charging
• Continued use of paid features will require acceptance of updated terms
• You will not be charged without your explicit consent

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, exploit, or attempt to manipulate the Service
• Interfere with system integrity or security
• Use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the app

We reserve the right to investigate and take action against misuse.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in abuse or misuse
• Attempt to manipulate rankings, progression, or features
• Harm the Service or other users

Termination may result in loss of access to data or progress.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, branding, and design elements of QuranMind are owned by or licensed to us.

You may not:

• Use our branding without permission
• Commercially exploit any part of the Service

By using QuranMind, you agree to receive:

• Beta communications and invitations

You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
